Q:  Who am I renting from?

A:  This is a family condo that we rent when we are not using it.  We live here in Missouri just west of St. Louis.  Having lived and worked in this area for over 30 years, Branson has become my family’s favorite vacation getaway. We are happy to open our condo for others to enjoy and hope that it becomes a “home away from home” for our renters.

Q:  Why should I rent from you when there are so many other choices?

A:  I believe the answer to this is quite simple, you will get more for less!  Because we are not a big rental company or resort we can charge less and offer amenities that other big companies and resorts simply can’t provide.

Q:  Why do you need the full payment 30 days before arrival?

A:  Because we are private owners it is more difficult for us to rent on short notice.  If a renter should change their mind and back out at the last minute, we would likely be unable to re-rent the condo.  This means we lose business and money which helps us pay for the condo expenses.  Therefore, we ask for the payment in advance to ensure that you are serious about renting from us.

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A:  Refunds are made in full for all guest cancellations requested more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 30-day period expires your balance will be refunded minus the $100 deposit.  There will be no refund for cancellations made 15 days or less prior to your stay. By requesting a reservation and submitting a deposit, and/or full payment, you are agreeing to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Q:  How does check-in work?

A:  It’s super easy!  If you rent from us, you do not have to check-in with the resort office at all, and you don’t have to pick up a key!  Our condo features a keypad entry system.  We will be sending you a personal code which will give you access for the duration of your stay.

Q:  What are the arrival and departure times?

A:  We ask that you not arrive to the condo until after 4:00 p.m. on your arrival date and we ask our guests to leave the condo by 11:00 a.m. on your departure day.  This will allow enough time for the unit to be cleaned before the next guest arrives.

Q:  How will I know how to get to your condo?

A:  After you’ve made your final payment, we will send you an information packet with your entry code, driving directions, and information about Holiday Hills Resort about one week before your arrival.
