KKSP Condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at the Holiday Hills Resort. Our condo sleeps 6 with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. It is an upper-level condo (two small flights of stairs, eight steps each) with a beautiful golf course view and a small catch-and-release pond right off the back patio.
Holiday Hills sits in a perfect location, on the edge of Branson on East Highway 76 just three miles from historic downtown Branson and the Branson Landing. This quiet location is away from traffic and noise, but is minutes from Table Rock Lake, Bull Shoals, and Lake Taneycomo as well as just a few miles from all the shows and entertainment on Branson’s 76 Country Blvd! It is the perfect Branson location for those who desire endless sightseeing and activities or simple relaxation. Whether you want to be near the fun and action, or just find a quiet Ozark getaway, our condo offers the perfect setting and location for your vacation.

Additional fees include an $80 cleaning fee, a 6.35% sales tax, and an administration fee.
We require a downpayment of 25% upon booking.

Once I receive your request, I will add your booking to our calendar (if available) and send you a payment request through PayPal. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or through your PayPal account (You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment with a card).
I will send you a welcome packet with the rental agreement and access instructions for the condo prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at anytime up to 30 days before your arrival date to receive a 100% refund. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival date, you'll receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. No refunds for cancelations made two weeks prior to your arrival date. There are No Exceptions to this policy, including inclement weather or emergencies. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss of payment.
No Smoking, No Vaping, No E-cigarettes: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside or outside on the patio of the condo.
No Pets: We do not allow pets inside the condo.
Max Guests: Up to 6 persons (sleeps 6) max are permitted on the property.
No Events: Events or parties are not permitted in the condo.
Children are welcome: Pools, activities, playgrounds, sports courts, and game rentals are available.
Minimum Age Of Primary Renter: We require that the primary individual renting the property be 25 years of age or older.
Damage and Incidentals: Primary renter is responsible for 100% of all damage to the rental property caused by the renter or anyone allowed on the property during their stay.

KKSP Condo is a private, family-owned condo that has been owned by the same family for many years. It is not a "cookie cutter" rental property, it's a second home and we hope for many of our guests it becomes a second home to them as well.
